By sourcing footage from José Parlá, Ellie Hayworth, and Perez Art Museum Miami, I created one energetic short reel showcasing a personal and saturated modern art exhibition entitled "Homecoming" on display at PAMM.
This reel is one of three circulating around the 2024 Contemporary Arts Program site-specific exhibition "Pastiche" shown at Vizcaya Museum & Gardens. Due to the Shapiro's and Vizcaya's generosity, I was able to assemble a seamless reel with exciting footage focusing on the creative process behind the ceramic vessels.
With a mix use of archival, stock, and fair-use video media, I completed two reels touching on the beginnings and intricacies of Art & Loom founded by Samantha Gallacher. This particular video was influenced by an audio clip from the Haywire Podcast episode "Art + Loom: Samantha Gallacher on Art for the Floor."
Displayed in History Miami Museum from January to March of 2023, a short documentary focusing on Eastern 401, an aviation tragedy which took place in the Florida Everglades during late December of 1972. My intention for this film was to pay respects to those who passed away and bring awareness to this piece of significant South Florida history.
