A deeply personal documentary exploring a medical condition affecting the pelvic floor, often causing sexual anxiety. As someone who was diagnosed in 2018, it felt necessary to create this film. My goal was to educate my community about the multitude of existing pelvic floor dysfunctions as well as create a safe space for those who have Vaginismus or similar afflictions. This short film is inspired by a digital still life photo series I finished prior to filming, see imagery below for a preview.
